Terms of Service

1. The SkorPKSK service

SkorPKSK is an independent PKSK preparation platform, not an official system or an endorsement by Malaysia’s Ministry of Education. Simulation content and results are not official PKSK questions or results. No score, success or school admission is guaranteed.

2. Parent and child accounts

Registration must be completed by a parent or guardian aged at least 18 who is authorised to manage the child’s access. Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. You are responsible for safeguarding verification codes and child credentials, and supervising use.

A parent account can manage several children. A child account and its assigned pass are for that child; do not share access with other users.

3. Pass price and duration

SkorPKSK Pass 2026 costs RM55 for one child, paid once with no automatic renewal. It provides unlimited attempts at available Section A and B simulations until 31 December 2026, 11:59 pm Malaysia time. Section C is not included.

The expiry date remains the same even if purchased later. Each additional child needs a separate pass. Unlimited attempts do not mean that every attempt contains new questions. Offer details and the final amount are displayed before payment.

4. Payment and activation

Payments are processed through Stripe and your selected payment method. Access is activated after payment confirmation is received. If confirmation is delayed, check payment status before trying to pay again. An unassigned pass can be set up later through the parent account.

5. Purchase problems and refunds

If you encounter duplicate charges, missing access or service problems, contact us with the transaction reference for review and resolution, including a refund where appropriate. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Permitted use

Use the platform for personal learning. Do not resell access, copy or distribute question banks without permission, use automation that overloads the system, interfere with security, impersonate others, or access another family’s data. Content rights remain with their owners or licensors.

7. Availability and misuse

Maintenance, technical faults and external provider problems may temporarily affect access. We will address service problems through our support channel. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or security risks; users may contact us for review.

8. Account deletion and passes

Account deletion is permanent once confirmed. All passes owned by the deleted account end, including passes for children who still have another guardian. Another guardian may need to provide their own pass. Deletion does not trigger an automatic refund; contact support for a payment review before proceeding. Administrators can also suspend parent access without deleting child accounts.

9. Personal data

Our Privacy Policy explains the processing of parent and child information. At registration, you confirm that you have read the policy and consent to the processing described for providing the service.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, subject to applicable consumer protections. Material changes will be communicated through the application or email. Changes do not automatically reduce rights attached to a pass already purchased. Please contact us first to try to resolve disputes.
